Contact Forms
Whenever a user fills in a contact form, their details are stored at setroson@setroson.com, and the information is used exclusively to establish communication with the company.
Security
Setroson S.A. employs available technologies to safeguard the integrity of collected data.
However, since no technology is completely invulnerable, users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own data — for example, by keeping antivirus and firewall software up to date.
Data Processing Responsibility
In cases where access to or processing of files containing personal data may occur during any exchange, Setroson S.A. shall act as Data Processor, in accordance with Article 12 of the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD).
Accordingly, the company will only access or process personal data when strictly necessary for the execution of contracted services and always under the client’s explicit instructions.
Setroson S.A. will process the data solely as instructed by the client, will not use it for any other purpose, and will not disclose or share it, even for storage, with third parties.
Setroson S.A. commits to applying the necessary technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the type of data processed, in line with Royal Decree 1720/2007 or any regulations that may replace it.
Once the service has been completed, any personal data belonging to the client will be blocked and subsequently deleted or returned, along with any supporting documents or media containing personal information.
Confidentiality
In accordance with Article 10 of the Spanish Data Protection Act, Setroson S.A. undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal data accessed, even after the conclusion of the business relationship.
This duty extends to all staff members who may have access to such data, as well as to any non-personal information obtained during the provision of services.
The client authorises Setroson S.A. to host or transfer such data through its contracted hosting provider when required.
